There are many diffrent types of depression and I have major deppression. The Things that helps me with my depression are taking meds as prescribe, listening to music,supportive people,having a pet around you,going for walks when its nice out,cleaning,helping people with there work,and being on the computer and chatting to people, play hand held games,watchin tv or a movie,cooking,baking,and haging out or around supportive friends. It also helps if around people and socializing. Another thing that helps is journaling and support groups.What also helps is writting down what triggers your deppresion and figure what can do to change them triggers.If your triggers are people in your family or some friends stay away from them and dont talk to them.There are other things that may help other people and they are journaling and meditation and deep breathing.
